If your house is completely without power, please contact your local utility as there may be an issue with the electrical service in your area. In the case of any other electrical problem that may threaten life or property, please call our after-hours number (757) 817-2110. Before the electrician arrives, use a flashlight for emergency lighting. Please try to turn off all electrical equipment you were using when the fault occurred. We will do our best to take care of the situation and begin the repair process as soon as possible.


If your heating or cooling system has stopped working during extreme outdoor temperatures, please call our after-hours number (757) 817-2110. Please do not use gas-fired appliances for temporary heat as you may suffer illness or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. If you choose to use space heaters, please keep them away from combustible material and monitor them at all times. We will make every effort to respond to your home and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
